Ariana Grande, Cynthia Erivo Match in "Wicked" Jerseys at Super Bowl

Ariana Grande and Cynthia Erivo put a wickedly fun spin on Super Bowl Sunday fashion last night. Not only did we finally get the first trailer for the pair’s forthcoming musical film, Wicked, the duo also made a surprise appearance at the game wearing pink and green bedazzled jerseys (to match the colors of their characters, of course). Let the season of watermelon dressing begin.

Made by Louis Vuitton, the custom jerseys featured the number 27 on the back, to represent the November 27 release date for Wicked. (Sequel Wicked: Part Two will hit theaters a year later, on November 26, 2025.)

In the lead-up to the highly anticipated adaptation, Grande has already been leaning into her inner Glinda, and we have a feeling this will be quite the glamorous press rollout.

The NFL championship game was certainly a grand way to start, with Grande’s pink top featuring Glinda splashed across the back in purple. Erivo’s lime-green jersey had Elphaba stitched on the back in the same shade. On front of the jerseys, the letters LV were also stitched in purple, for the house, while each top also featured large arrows in the other’s color.

To round out her ensemble, Erivo sported thigh-high black leather boots, a beige jacket with red X-shaped stitching on the inside hems, large sunglasses and a black baseball cap (seen here). Oh, and she added an extra pop of green with her army-green top-handle bag. Grande donned knee-high leather boots and an oversize leather jacket with large front pockets. Plus, she accessorized with round, diamond-framed sunglasses, Simon G earrings, and a monogram Louis Vuitton bag in brown.
